After a formation in Hotelkeeper Courts of Besançon, I worked during ten years as governess in the luxury hotel business< in France and abroad. Native of Fournet-Blancheroche, franc-native of France-Comté in 100 , the return to basics ' is concretized by a marriage with Stéphane then by a creation of our hosts' house.
